Federgon Certified Member
Select HR is a Certified Member of the Belgian trade association Federgon. This certification offers guarantees concerning the proper application of the legislation and emphasises our constant efforts to ensure the optimal quality of our services. The following themes are covered: know-how and professional competence, acceptance and execution of the project, confidentiality, ethical business practices, civil liability, etc.
RSS (Federgon)

Federgon’s RSS quality label for selection and recruitment emphasises various aspects of our high-quality service provision: corporate social responsibility, executive search, recruitment advertising, and assessments.
SCT
The Safety and Health Checklist Temporary Employment Agencies (SCT) system is based on the SHE Checklist Contractors (SCC) system. The SCT is a procedure for the certification of the safety and health management system within temporary employment agencies. It is applicable for providing employees to principals that require the SCC and to SCC-certified companies.
