Your next challenge:
- Monitor and analyze local real estate markets, including secondary markets like France, Germany, and Belgium.
- Assess technical and legal aspects of properties.
- Evaluate various real estate assets, both commercial and residential.
- Conduct periodic and ad hoc evaluations for all asset classes.
- Ensure compliance with international standards in evaluations.
- Review evaluations by external appraisers.
Profile
You are the ideal candidate if you possess:
- Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an appraiser.
- Certified by TEGoVA, RICS, or IVSC.
- Familiarity with international valuation methods (TEGoVA or RICS standards).
- Knowledge of local real estate markets.
- Proficiency in English and French; Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
