Job descriptionExecutive Support
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, prioritising appointments and ensuring optimal time management for the executive.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reports.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit high?quality correspondence, presentations, and documentation.
- Act as a gatekeeper by screening calls, emails, and meeting requests, ensuring efficient communication flow.
Administrative & Operational Excellence
- Organise meetings, workshops, and events (onsite and offsite), including agenda preparation and minute?taking.
- Maintain confidential files and manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Support budgeting, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
Project Coordination
- Assist in project follow?up, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare briefing materials for the executive.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and overall efficiency.
ProfileQualifications & Experience- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high?level administrative role.
- Excellent command of English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to anticipate needs.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain composure in a fast?paced environment.
