Your next challenge:
- Supervise and coordinate tasks for management committees and shareholders’ meetings.
- Prepare agendas, documents, and minutes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist Head of Corporate Governance and draft meeting materials.
- Monitor mandates and prepare suitability assessments for management members.
- Participate in regulatory watch and report changes impacting Corporate Governance
Profile
You are the ideal candidate if you possess:
- Knowledgeable in EU/Luxembourg company law and financial regulations.
- Fluent in English; French proficiency preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in banking/fiduciary/law firms.
- Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented.
